Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and product weight/size.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) cannot be returned.

 

Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is not Omnihive Collectives’ fault (e.g., customer ordered wrong size, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs
  • A 10% restocking fee (deducted from the refund)

 

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within *5–10 business days.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled *within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
