Refund & Return Policy

At Omnihive Collectives, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return guidelines:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) cannot be returned.


Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not Omnihive Collectives’ fault (e.g., customer ordered wrong size, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs
  • A 10% restocking fee (deducted from the refund)


Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
