Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping availability and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international carriers, depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order at any time using our Track Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Omnihive is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at our contact page and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Omnihive has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we encourage you to first check your tracking information. If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us through our Contact page and we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
